A Day with the Chamber

Since the beginning of the year, Ty, our Executive Director, spoke about how he wanted to connect Gadsden County and honor people who have made tremendous contributions to our community. After careful consideration, eight community members, who properly represented Gadsden County, were chosen.

Our Gadsden Great Honorees of 2026 were Charlie H. Harris, Jr., Peter Patel, Joe Ferolito, and Kathy Garner.

Our Legacy Builder Honorees of 2026 were Bessie Foster, Demarien J. Hawk, Dexter Wright, and Charles Roderick McMillon Jr..

After months of hard work and planning, and the help of sponsors, we were able to make this night possible. Attendees were able to enjoy food, catered by Blackberry Mimosa, music by Javacya Orchestra, and networking. This night was one filled with pride, love, and support for those being honored and for our community.
